Lose 5-10 KG In 30 Days Challenge!

Losing weight is not difficult but you must set priorities. There are two important factors to loss weight; diet plan (80%) and workout (20%). We have made a simple diet plan for 30 days, and it describes which things you must avoid achieving the results in 30 days, and which high intensity interval training (HIIT) you must do every day!

To achieve this result in 30 days you have to be strict you yourself, and not give up! So are you ready for the challenge?

Diet plan

1) Avoid SUGAR!! Everything that contains sugar avoid it!! Chocolate, candies, drink and so on…

2) No snacks!

3) Avoid bread. Eating to much bread may even lead to weight gain. Your body converts wheat to sugar faster than any other grain. So try and avoid bread and pasta, if you can

Instead of bread, you can take an oatmeal in the morning. This is a very healthy breakfast to take in the morning.

4) Eat lots of green vegetables or a fibre supplement. Fibre helps reduce “bat wings” and “bingo arms” by eliminating toxins

5) One coffee per day is allowed! After that, drink green tea

6) Studies show that low-fat yogurts, for instance, are loaded with sugar and sodium to make up for the blandness of having no fat. So, eat real butter, yoghurt and milk and cheese. Keep the doses small, though

7) Eat only 1/3 of your plate.

8) Drink a lot of water! At least 2 liters a day!
